The Notary Will:

Verify your identity using a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID

Screen the document to ensure it’s complete to notarize (no blank notarial areas / missing required pages)

Confirm your willingness and awareness (you understand what you’re signing and are signing voluntarily)
- Record the notarization in the notary journal/log(Required in the state of GA)
- Apply official notary stamp/seal and signature as required by law

- Please do not sign your document before your appointment (All documents must be signed in front of the notary).
- All signers must be present with valid ID at the time of notarization.
- Fees: Notary fees and any travel/convenience fees (if applicable) will be disclosed before the appointment.
