No legal advice: We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or opinions about legal rights or strategies. Immigration form assistance is document preparation support only (help organizing and completing forms based on client-provided information).

No financial/investment advice: Any information we share is general and not investment advice.

Tax services disclosure: Tax preparation is based on information you provide. We do not guarantee any specific refund or outcome.

3) Client Responsibilities

To provide services accurately, you agree to:

Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information (and supporting documents) in a timely manner.

Review all forms/returns/documents before signing and confirm they are correct.

Notify us promptly if you discover any errors, missing documents, or changes that affect your services.

You are responsible for the final content of documents you sign or submit.

4) Appointments, Scheduling, and Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by message depending on service type.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute rescheduling may be subject to a fee (especially for mobile appointments), depending on time and travel reserved.

Late Arrivals

If you are late, your appointment time may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.

5) Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Fees vary by service and will be communicated before work begins.

Payment may be required in advance for certain services, including mobile services and time-reserved appointments.

Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started or a time slot has been reserved.

If additional work is required due to incomplete or inaccurate information, additional fees may apply (we will notify you first).

6) Mobile Notary & Loan Signing Terms

Notary Fees (Georgia): Georgia notarial act fees are limited by law (commonly $2.00 per notarial act). This notarial fee is separate from any travel or convenience fees.

Travel/Convenience Fees: For mobile notary or loan signings, we may charge a separate travel/convenience fee for time, travel, and scheduling. Any travel/convenience fee will be disclosed and agreed to before the appointment.

Identification & Willingness: We can only notarize if:

Acceptable identification is presented,

The signer is willing and aware,

The document is complete (no blank spaces where a signature is required unless permitted),

The signer appears competent and not under duress.

We may refuse service when required by law or professional standards.

7) Immigration Form Assistance Terms

We can help you type, organize, and assemble immigration forms and supporting document packets based on the information you provide.

You understand and agree that:

We do not provide legal advice or representation.

We cannot guarantee USCIS outcomes, processing times, approvals, or interview results.

You are responsible for verifying accuracy before signing/submitting.

8) Tax Preparation Terms

Tax preparation services are based on the documents and information you provide.

You are responsible for keeping copies of your tax records and documentation.

You agree to review your tax return for accuracy before e-filing or submission.

We do not guarantee any refund amount, IRS acceptance, audit results, or processing time.

If we identify missing information, inconsistencies, or compliance concerns, we may pause work until resolved.

9) Secure Uploads and Communications

For your protection, we may provide secure upload links/portals for documents. Email and text are not secure methods for sending sensitive personal information.

You agree:

To use secure upload methods when available,

Not to send highly sensitive data by email/text when instructed not to.

10) Website Use and Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Website for unlawful purposes,

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data,

Copy, scrape, or misuse Website content,

Submit false information or impersonate another person.

We may restrict or block access to the Website for violations of these Terms.
